Built upon the literal and figurative foundation of the original 1959 Fireside Pizza, Fireside Foundry is the reimagined merging of old and new. The result is a “steampunk” restaurant design concept that incorporates technology, aesthetic designs and artwork inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery.

The menu offers items both old and new. You can come and enjoy our “old” original, award-winning Fireside Pizza recipe. But now you can also experience our new items that are sure to appeal to a variety of tastes—everything from fresh seafood to premium blend burgers. Be assured all recipes are crafted in our made from the scratch kitchen with fresh high-quality ingredients.
Also, we now proudly offer a full-service bar featuring Minnesota craft beers served at a bone-chilling 29 degrees in addition to cocktails and spirits. You will enjoy the comfortable bar seating, new high-definition flat-screen TVs, and may even get a chance to hear the steam whistle blow!
